GayatriBot automates the candidate screening and onboarding pipeline for hundreds of applicants. Incoming Google Forms are polled periodically, resumes are downloaded and parsed locally via an Ollama model, candidate evaluations are generated, and personalized offer letters are rendered as high-fidelity PDFs and sent via a rotating SMTP pool to avoid mailbox spam penalties.
